Monday: Cardio & Weights
Tuesday: S&H Chest & Back, First 5 Intervals from IMAX2
Wednesday: S&H Legs & Shoulders
Thursday: S&H Triceps & Biceps, Last 5 Intervals from IMAX2
Friday: Bootcamp

I've done this rotation twice so far, and I am very happy with it.
