Hi Cathe, you mentioned in another thread that there are 5 components of physical fitness. I can only think of 4: strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. What is the 5th?

I believe the one missing is Body Composition which is often referred to as a component. It is the makeup of the body in terms of lean mass and fat mass. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Amy Jo Hauge
