Just wanted to tell you how incredible these workouts are. Seriously. they are just long enough ( I hate working out more than an hour all at once, just cannot mentally do it anymore, although I can do cardio in the AM and weights in the PM), but these really encourage me to push myself to the limit because I know the weight workouts are shorter.

I did the Emerald Cup bodybuilding contest way back in the late 90's, so have been into working out very seriously for quite some time, and just wanted to tell you how great these latest workouts have been for me. I just completed one week of the rotation you did for November and was so sore I could barely move and tired!:7 I plan on continuing your November rotation this month.
Again, bravo, these are your best workouts to date. I do have to admit though, I still haven't mastered your HIC step workout, I just sub it with one I can do. :7
