I just got 4DS and haven't started it yet. I'm planning to do the rotation in a couple of weeks. My question is will I still get an effective workout with lighter weights than are used?
I got carried away with the idea of the 4DS and how it would fit in better but didn't take too much notice of the size of weights used. Now I'm wondering if that was a mistake as my heaviest dumbells are 15lbs (I can take one up to about 22lbs) and my barbell is 35lbs.
Is anyone else using 4DS and not lifting as heavy and still getting good results?
I am planning to buy a couple more dumbells but still probably not as heavy. I just don't have the space or money to buy a load of different weights.
By the way, I have the GS series and have followed a rotation with that, getting close to Cathe's weights for most of the exercises and had really good results.
Thanks for your opinions!
