4ds question

i'm not sure i'm understanding this series-- - is it 4 days with both cardio and weights each day? is it like a circuit--- or is the first part all cardio then finish with weights? how much cardio and how much weight each day?

4DS is 4 days of cardio and weights each day. First, you do cardio then move onto strength training. It's a great series. I personally do the premixes on this series cause they work best for me.

STS is a 41 DVD strength training series with a core DVD. go to the blog for more information or the forum.
 
Most of the 4 days run about one hour each (some a little shorter or longer). Roughly 30 min of Cardio and 30 min of strength.

I do DoubleCardio and CardioPower cause one has both HIS and LIS combined and the other has Kickbox and Bootcamp combined.

It was worth the money for me to purchase it.
 
There are also weights first premixes. Those are great.

I'm in a phase of separating out my weights and cardio on different days, so this week I'm using 4DS as a 3 day split using the Lower Body Weights, Back & Biceps and Chest, Shoulders & Triceps premixes separated by cardio days. This is a very versatile series.
