4DS & Butts & Gutts

Hello,

I was thinking of doing 4DS upper body only and Butts & Gutts for lower body in a rotation, not every week but maybe every other week or 2 weeks, because I think the lower body portion of 4DS is too short. Has anyone ever done this and did you think it was too much? Or did you do another lower body workout like GS Legs, or PS Legs?

Yeah I think it's a little short too. Yesterday I did B&G floor work only then 4DS legs it works great. Also I've dont 4DS legs then GS legs floor work only.

I did a rotation alternating 4DS and BG one week then the Gym Styles the next for about 6 weeks. I don't care much for the leg workout in 4DS, but I love B&G!}(
