4DS-Bootcamp Cardio Only

I did this yesterday and I loved it!! It's been too yucky to run, not a huge fan of kick box and did not want to do step again. And it's 30 mins so if your in a time crunch it's perfect.

This reminds me of SPARQ training I did with my son and his buddies for football last year.
 
I have this on tap for today. I love anything involving drills-BC, Drill Max, etc. The time just seems to fly by.
 
This is one of my favorites too!! So much fun! I love the pre-mix with upper body work or solo. It reminds me of the Bootcamp Cathe did at the RT. :D
