To all,
I apologize if this question has been asked and answered, but for those of you who have done 4DS and CTX as true splits, how do you do it? For example, do you do 4DS Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, then do cardio (or rest) the next three days, starting again the following Monday? Or do you do something else (or rest) between each day of 4DS?
I've had 4DS and CTX for awhile and have done them randomly (love the double cardio), but I have not done them in a structured "split" fashion. I've read about other's great results, so I want to try them as they were intended.
