4DaySplit freezing up

Just did the legs and core part and when I was almost finished with the ab routine it froze up. My dvd player is only 6 months old and I have not had any freezing issues with any other dvd. It froze and was all snowy with no picture. Anyone else have this problem with this particular section?

My workouts are fine and I have an old DVD/VHS combo player. I haven't had problems with any of the workouts. Did you try it on another player?

Mine froze up when rewinding BC cardio. It went to all snow and wouldn't restart till I ejected it and put it back in. Hasn't repeated itself, so who knows??

Thank you for the replies,

I took it out and looked at it in the light the next day and there were lots of fingerprints on it. I am usually more careful when handling my dvd's. I cleaned them off and then replayed the ab section and it was fine. I haven't played the BC workout yet as I am not sure I will be able to do that one (I am old)lol. I do love the kickbox and weight workouts so far.
