Happy Monday! I didn't want too intense of a w/o because we are hiking another 14er tomorrow. This time Mt. Evans, there is a road you can drive all the way to the top (14264 ft), but where is the fun in that, right? So will park at the bottom and hike up, it's shorter than some of the other hikes we've done, only about 5 miles and 2000 ft elevation gain. I picked this one because mountain goats are known to be at the top and I wanted to see mountain goats again and this time hopefully before they start shedding their coat! Anyway, I did KPC, skipped High intensity drills and abs, that came in at about 40 min.
Jennifer, Sometimes you don't realize how tired your body is until you try to do something, but I was determined to follow through.
Mary, Welcome back! I don't think I can function with no a/c anymore! DH went to SF today, they asked for people to take later flight offering $300 travel voucher, so he took it. We are going to have to find somewhere good to go to use it before a year is up.
Ronne, sorry I jinxed your sleep

I watched most of the match, I was pulling for Murray too.
Murphy, I still can't believe you are using the blue band for the new w/o's , what band is everyone else using? Am I the only wimp?
Jody, I had 1/2 a lime leftover so threw it in a strawberry/banana smoothie, gave it a nice little zing. My eating has not been the best lately either. And I always seem to find an excuse

For example, for the hike tomorrow I need to hydrate up and carb load a bit. That helps make it easier providing energy and avoiding possible altitude headaches.
Roxie, congrats on the deal and the size 4, you've earned them!
Becky, are you still with us?
