Had a nice time with the kids yesterday. We had fun playing headbangers (you put a card on your head and ask yes/no questions trying to figure out what you are). I was exhausted by the time they left. I slept 11 hrs last night. For some reason, even though I've been off work these last couple of weeks I still have a day a week that I just crash out like that. I'm beginning to suspect thyroid, my gyno has been testing for it last couple of years so when I go again will see where it is at. Sure I'm working out but that shouldn't wipe me out like I've been feeling. I'm sleeping pretty well now that I'm on HRT and was doing good and now just pure exhaustion. Anyway, I did Xtrain Bi/Tri this morning. Time flew! So thumbs up on this one. I almost didn't workout, everything that could go wrong did

I slept late, so got a very late start, went downstairs to w/o, realized I forgot my ipad, upstairs to get it, downstairs to pick up the weight printout, printed wrong pages, upstairs to print right pages, downstairs to pick them up and w/o, now the printer doesn't print, upstairs to tell DH, downstairs to just start the w/o, maybe the weights Cathe uses are in the w/o, started w/o, got worried the weigths wouldn't be shown on the w/o(they are) and thougth, duh, I can bring the laptop down here, upstairs to get laptop, downstairs to w/o. Geez, I got a w/o just going up and down the stairs!
Roxie, I'd like to do one of the rotations in Xtrain, I just am so bad about sticking to rotations though. Glad you had a nice time with family as well.
Jody, I still don't think I could do all those tabatas even with pure rests. I made a blender of just one set of each, w/o comes in at 33 min, that's a good amount of time for that type of w/o. I'm a bit bummed about my weight, it just isn't going down no matter it seems (it starts and then back up I go), wondering if the HRT is causing some of the gain......that or that dreaded 3 letter word....AGE!
