Cathlete
Hi 40s girls. Getting the new week started. I finally got my legs back and my toes aren't hurting as much (from the climb down). Saturday I started BM2 cardio timesaver, basically it was 2 run throughs of all the combos put together and then the power intervals, I stopped at the power intervals, I just didn't have a full tank of gas. Sunday I then did GS BSB, feeling a bit back to my old self only to punish myself on Wed again. My BFF got all our plans worked out, so we will head out Tuesday morning and shop in Breckenridge and then hike Quandary Peak on Wed, it seems like the hike will be close to what I just did.

Ronne, you may have to do some extraordinary thing to get your Cathlete status back

Mary, Hopefully all quiet on the home front.
Murphy, are you still celebrating your birthday? I like to celebrate for a week before and after. So my next 14er is in celebration of my birthday on the 14th
Tomorrow we move DS19 into his apartment for college, oh joy, I'll have to do more than usual since the roomies aren't providing much common stuff nor is there any girl in the picture to help with kitchen setup.
