Today I was short on time again, and I wanted to try to get my cardio more conditioned so I did HIIT 40/20, uh, WHAT WAS I THINKING? That one is HARD! I did remember to lower 1 riser from what Cathe has, at least for the first 1/2 of the workout and then I got some stupid idea that the last 1/2 I could use the same # of risers, OMG, I think I about died. I admit I didn't make it the whole 40 secs on all of them, sigh.
Tomorrow I'm hiking with 1 or 2 friends. If it's just my 1 friend we will do the steep climb again (that's why I wanted to do come cardio conditioning today). If the 2nd friend joins, she's 64, so we have to take an easier hike.
Ronne, I'm with you on camping. I did it for the boys when they were young, from now on it's HOTELS! Bad combover? TOO FUNNY!
Roxie, 105 is too hot to do anything, let alone exercise!

DS22 called last night wants to get together (he's being a good boy making sure to stay in touch with his family), so him and future DIL will be over Saturday afternoon. Other than that no real plans for our long weekend.
