Feeling a bit better today, I guess I just had to have a little pity party (it was my 1 yr anniv for my surgery). Headaches is better, now if only the neck muscle pain at base of skull would. I get days of reprieve but if I hold my head down too much it will make it start, so still can't sew or anything like that, in fact I swear sometimes I lean it down too much to read. I had to hem DS GF shorts for her work...took about an hr of head down time and bam, neck hurt all day into the next, it just wears on you. Anyway, I took dogs for 2 mile walk and then did FT, it sure seems easier than Supercuts! I'm sure some of the weight work isn't helping the neck (I'm up to 8 lbs! on everything but shoulders).
Mary, I think the worst thing is that they don't get things done when (or how ) I would, I'm tired of nagging. So instead I just hold it in and then BP goes up
I think it's great you found something you can do, when can you do walks?
Jody, sometimes it's the dogs mealtimes that are the most stressful, at least younger DS takes care of his dog, but older one I have to feed her (they used to just leave her food out--Shibas will not overeat, so since it's my dog that is allergic to their dogs food, I guess it's my job to feed the both of them, watch to make sure mine doesn't get into the other ones, else she'll get sick). 3 dogs and all are on different diets! younger DS dog throws up if he gets into my dog's food
Oh, and boy am I cooking now, everyday, gah! And any leftovers are immediately gone. I know younger DS would make dinner if I asked, but last time he did, it caused more work, he dropped a glass bottle, cut his hand real bad...you get the picture
