Roxie, will you come do all that for me here too? I'm not looking forward to the predicted snow, will have to venture out Sunday to get food. I'm sick of the same old stuff to cook though (I'm not very creative in the kitchen).
I did do HR. BOS pain is barely there, but still went ahead with HR plan. I checked my pride at the door and used 1/2 the weight for UB as I normally do (that means, 3 lbs for lateral raise, 10 ttl for OH press, 5 lbs dumbbells for biceps), felt ok, then for LB squats, I used only 25 lbs --the amount I felt I could lift safely over my head. I don't think I pushed it. I am so dizzy (even with the meclizine), I swear there is a vascular compression somewhere to my head (read that on a site I googled for cervical spondylosis). getting up from weight bench after doing tricep extensions (with 3 lbs, sad!) I was so dizzy, I couldn't even walk straight. That is not normal for me!!!!! I do not believe it's my ear rocks since it came on with this neck thing. Oh, I skipped tricep dips (was recovering from dizzy spell) and pushups as I can't 1/2 the weight of those! lol Did do the bands either. I'm happy to be doing Cathe even if it's not now (or maybe ever) the weights I used to use. It just cheers me up. Only you all would understand that! I'm sorry if I go on and on about this neck, just tell me to shut up if you want! I'd go crazy without you all right now!
Oh and the ab part was the toughest. I supported my head the whole time (no hands to knees), on thrusts, had to modify to oblique crunches. skipped some of the ones (like swimming arms). It wasn't lack of ab strength is was neck needing support. The whole HR experience has me knowing, something is definitely wrong in there and I hope they can fix me! It is not in my head!
