I did STS Meso1 Legs, now STS Meso1 is officially all done. glad it's over

I think I'll channel ronne/murphy next week and do TBT.
Dermatologist appt today, hoping that the spots I'm concerned about aren't more basal cell cancers. sigh. Can I order some new skin from skinRus.com?
Murphy, did you use a blue band for CrossFire? My little wimpy green dynaband (very stretched out and tied loosely) was enough for me. I'll have to try it a bit harder next time. Have you done the Cross Fire abs? That first exercise is hard for me, my hands/wrists do not like it.
Roxie, I think everyone is getting tired of our heat. We had the hottest June EVER on record. I forget what the average was but it beat the next hottest by easily 2 degrees.
Ronne, I need to sub more often, most of the time I either use the time for a break or I skip past it. I did that with the sit and stands and sit and slides today and some of the hamstring roll ins I let my butt rest on the floor. I'm feeling all almost 48 of my years lately, double sigh.
Jody, Have you tried the new w/o's yet? Where in CO is your friend planning on going? What 14er? there's a website 14ers.com she can look at if she hasn't already. My friend has to take her daughter down to Durango in August, we plan on hitting some mountain down there (it's a heck of a drive from where we live), either all winding roads (with a potential ticket through Southfork...dislike that town), or interstate but that takes you way out of your way and then you still have some mountain roads.
