Did STS Meso1 CH/SH/BI for last week of Meso1, now only legs to do and meso1 complete. Fried my Bi's for some reason, can barely lift my arms to do my hair! lol

Jody, My eating hasn't been great, I've been caving to one of my favorites (they came out with new flavors so I had to try them, right?) Can you guess what it is?

Good Morning,

I did SM #1 something I really needed. DH and I are going to a family dinner out at his cousins house and it is hot and humid. We had storms last night but not alot of rain.

Lisa-no idea on your favorite food.

I think it's ice cream. : )
I did x factordisc 8, should do a weight train to be on schedule for july rotation, something short though, I don't really wAny to double down on work outs.
Is ronne at wimbledon?
Posting one handed from cell while donating blood, lol. 20 dollars in gas cards, cholesterol check, motives not very altruistic.
Maybe go to dance bud world cup pulled pork veggie s fest this aft, invited to sushi for dinner.

I knew you'd get it Jody, I'm being a bad, bad girl! You all sound like you are staying busy this weekend. I'm trying to stay cool, I wish we'd get a break from the heat but so far doesn't look like it's in the forecast.

Hi all

Back in the saddle again! No workouts for me this weekend, no time. Trying to join in with July rotation minus new DVDs!! Pretty daft really but I need a rotation for a change. Did Circuit Max today which is tough!

Lisa - ice cream sounds like the only way to cope with the heat!

Jody - did you go for sushi?

Roxie - you are welcome to our rain!!

Good Morning,

I didn't get up to go to cycling I am having some pain across my shoulders and into my neck. Tonite is a session with my trainer then I might do something depending on how hard she works my legs.

Ronne-I wish we would have gotten rain when the storm rolled it sure made the wind blow really hard and got dark but it didn't cool down or rain.

Lisa-ice cream is my favorite right now since its so hot. I had some chocolate at the family get together.

I ran a bit late today so decide to do a bit shorter of a w/o. I had made up a mish-mosh of: TTM w/u, all the bonus segments of the new series, TTM solid step, TTM step tabata one time through, CrossFire core segment. Not tooooooo bad, I will need to change it up a bit to take out the Jack Pushups, can not, will not do those. There were a lot of Mountain Climbers in all the bonus segments, sigh. May change to only one set of each (ie. not repeat those). You know how I don't like repeating...it's like redoing work :) lol

Roxie, that's how the storms normally are here, they do say a monsoon flow is coming into the state soon, so hopefully more rain for us.

Ronne, do you use the same # risers in Circuit Max that Cathe does? I've been resisting doing it because last time I hurt my back with the jumps up onto the step, so I need to remember my, don't be a hero mantra :)

Jody, yea, how was sushi? There is a place here that does specialty rolls, a bit expensive, DH and I need to go there sometime. They make one with cilantro that is to die for!

Murphy, are you still with us after your new workouts?

Waves to everyone else?

Re CM, I used same risers as Cathe but hopefully will remember to drop down one next time, too.
Re TTM/CF are there are lot of Uterus Droppers? (like tuck jumps?) I just got mine in the mail today.
Re Sushi, I went, but didn't eat much since I was full from smoked pulled pork, Caesars salad and mango from late lunch. Lisa, I like a crunchy tuna roll.
Re todays workout, I am doing a cardio or Hiit today...maybe I can find something from the new dvds.
Roxie, I'm betting your pt will make up for your lack of cycling this morning!
Ronne, I thought of you yesterday when my Brit friend was feeling sad about not having an English garden, Lisa, I thought of you when my drama friend's sis was telling us about her plans to go to CO and do a 14er w/ a bud and Roxie I thought of you this morn when my chem prof mentioned 103 degree heat in OK. : D

Jody-that is way to much thinking for one day. There is a hot wind today and its real humid which makes it even hotter.

Jody, lol at "uterus droppers", then I read you got your's in the mail and thought you ordered a uterus, then I realized you meant your DVDs :) I think there are tuck jumps in TTM somewhere, my tuck is very untuckable. BFF and I are dreaming up a hike for next week sometime. Hopefully the smoke will be clear and no more fires!

I think of you girls lots too and my DH and BFF even hear me talk about you referring you by name!

hahahaha, yes Lisa, I ordered a new uterus, they were on sale at bodyparts.com and I figured what the heck. I'm saving up for a left knee and also nice rack, lol : D

I am back. My assistants and DH were calling me. I did all of Crossfire. That blue band is no joke. Jai makes it look easy - check out how wide she stretches her band. Anyway, I was so tired that I could not do the abs. I looked at how long it was, 9 minutes. I just was not up to it. Exercising in the evening in the heat did not help.

Okay, DH wants to talk. Gotta go.

Roxie - sounds like you are getting your money's worth and them some with the PT.

Lisa - I agree, ice cream is always a good choice in this heat. I thought I saw that the fires were half-contained.

Waves to all.

Murphy

Hi there

Roxie - your PT is scary!! I'm frightened of her over here!

Murphy - well done for getting the new workouts in!

Lisa - my step only goes up to 10", it's one of those with click on risers. So I just put it on that for everything that needs a high step.

Jody - tell your friend that her garden would be underwater at the moment anyway, she's not missing anything!! Uterus droppers!! Ughh!

Did TBT LB today - moving the rotation around to fit in with work. It felt good. I've subbed the hamstring roll-ins as I just don't like them. Did them on the step instead.

Just finished TBT UB (I am Ronne's alter ego). I thought it was shorter so I slept in a little later. Then when I read the back of the box I was kicking myself b/c now I have to fit in the abs some time tonight. Ugh. I really prefer getting it all done in the morning. Oh well. Stay cool everyone - it is supposed to be near 100 the rest of the week. I'm melting, I'm melting... (from the Wizard of Oz - for those wondering).

Ronne - I have not seen those click-on risers. Is that only where you are?

Murphy

Good Morning,

Tonite I will do some kind of cardio at the gym. Its going to be another hot one here today. I can't wait until tomarrow I have the day off. Ordered my new glasses today.

Ronne-she is scary and she is only 5ft. tall but man she can plan a workout.

Murphy-enjoy the heat hope it cools down some time soon.

I did STS Meso1 Legs, now STS Meso1 is officially all done. glad it's over :) I think I'll channel ronne/murphy next week and do TBT.

Dermatologist appt today, hoping that the spots I'm concerned about aren't more basal cell cancers. sigh. Can I order some new skin from skinRus.com?

Murphy, did you use a blue band for CrossFire? My little wimpy green dynaband (very stretched out and tied loosely) was enough for me. I'll have to try it a bit harder next time. Have you done the Cross Fire abs? That first exercise is hard for me, my hands/wrists do not like it.

Roxie, I think everyone is getting tired of our heat. We had the hottest June EVER on record. I forget what the average was but it beat the next hottest by easily 2 degrees.

Ronne, I need to sub more often, most of the time I either use the time for a break or I skip past it. I did that with the sit and stands and sit and slides today and some of the hamstring roll ins I let my butt rest on the floor. I'm feeling all almost 48 of my years lately, double sigh.

Jody, Have you tried the new w/o's yet? Where in CO is your friend planning on going? What 14er? there's a website 14ers.com she can look at if she hasn't already. My friend has to take her daughter down to Durango in August, we plan on hitting some mountain down there (it's a heck of a drive from where we live), either all winding roads (with a potential ticket through Southfork...dislike that town), or interstate but that takes you way out of your way and then you still have some mountain roads.

Lisa-thats funny I am headed to southfork the first week of August and we plan on spending a couple of days in Durango.

Good luck at the derm Lisa. And congrats at meso 1 again. I'm not sure about which 14er, but its my friend's sister- I don't see her very often.
This morn I did an AT pm. My old purple band snapped.
I watched TTM yesterday, it looks good. So far I think I like the music, the cuing, and premixes plus the hiit/met/tabata emphasis. Jai looks like a teenager to me, so cute. I kept wanting to roll her shorts down, I guess I've gotten used to the low rider. Is the higher waist coming back? Cedie looks happy to be there, she made me wanna woo! even tho I was just watching, lol.
Roxie, I had a feeling your PT was gonna make up for any workouts you feel like you missed. Murphy, your Wizard reference reminds me that I think the new set looks like the gazebo in Sound of Music, now I need Leisel and Rolf leaping from step to step.
Waves to all, I hope Mary is having a great time at cabin.
