I did 1.5 mile dog walk and tried x10-step, omg, hard if you didn't use all my modifications to try to avoid pain. I used just step, no riser, NO arms (to see if the little arms are causing the pain, massage lady said I can do some just be careful of repetition, thought 30 min cathe (instead of 1 hr) wasn't much repetition, but will see how I feel tomorrow in the areas that start hurting. Let's see, other modifications, no jumping, no burpees, no push ups, heck what did I do then? Well, I moved and sweated a little. I'm getting good at modifying, I did tell my bff before surgery that I may not be able to jump but I would like to get the use of my arms back since that increases cardio.....um, guess that comes in time. PCP even said how one person couldn't even throw out a fishing line without it hurting.
Ronne, From what I've seen, I'm not in love with new w/o's. Only did pedal power, PS1 (I'm going to try that one again sometime with no arms, maybe I'll be able to keep up), and some X10 segments (LI, and step). Everyone, is it me, or does Cathe w/o seem to get harder with each new release?
Murphy, hugs, the kids will understand I'm sure. I'm sure it's scary for them to see their mother ill. It was scary for my ADULT boys when I would break down crying in pain in front of them (remember you can't SEE anything wrong with me). SAve your energy to give your kids hugs

Are you still working? I hope you are able to take time off.
Jody, I wouldn't say I'm jumping in. I'm TRYING to, and keep getting set back which = frustration. I was trying to use exercise to get out of my funk slump, and then I can't do it without causing pain. Thankfully doc understood and was empathetic. I'm heavier too

depression = bad eats
Hi to Mary and Roxie, must run dog to vet to get last of her shots!
