40's fallen in October

It's official, no w/o....was gonna do an UB, but really didn't feel like doing anything. I'm going to blame the c-c-c-c-c-cold weather, I think I'm too cold to put on my w/o clothes! IT was 80 2 days ago and now the high is 38, brrrrrrrr, I'm trying NOT to turn the heat on since I just had the a/c on a couple days ago.....
 
Hi, just home from game. Roxie, I have to put my 2 cents in, it's the nurse in me coming out! Get your tooth taken care of! I know it's expensive, you can't let it get infected! Maybe you can find a dentist that will take payments? I just don't want you to be miserable!
 
Did MM. It felt good. I was actually able to up the weights on a few exercise and complete more of them w/o passing out. ;-)

Lisa - I love Benefit cosmetics. I have not bought any in...decades. I did not know Nordstrom's carried it. Actually, since the kids maybe is an after thought.

Roxie - I agree with Mary. See if someone will take payments. The last annoying tooth I ignored turned into a root canal - that I am still having pain with. I know what it is like to need medial attentin and not have insruance. It took me 2 years to pay off that bill. All you have to do is ask and see if they can help or not. At least you will have options. When does the insurance run out?

Brrrrrrr, baby it's cold here, I haven't broken down and turned heat on yet (it's 59 in the house), but i plan to bake a cake and maybe the oven will warm up the house and cook at the same time! My boys and their DW/GF are coming over tonight. I'm making pecan crusted salmon that I saw on today show yesterday(love working from home I get to catch good things on the TV). Thought I'd make a cake too and also drink some of the wine we got in Niagara. I did Plyo disc 35 today, I didn't pause except to fix the step once, I did skip the sit and stands (do not LIKE those) and used that as rest to get the final exercises in. I'm making plans to start STS Meso 2 this week, getting excited.

Murphy, I haven't worn makeup since 2006, since I need to cover the scar I guess I'm going back to some but a natural look. I am loving the Ole Henrikson skin care, feels nice on my skin. My scar is not as puckered, guess the moisture is helping.

Mary, what fun are you up to this weekend? I think you will be busy with kid stuff for a few yrs to come, when they start high school they tend to get involved with more and require driving until they can drive, then you get to worry!

Hi, I didn't get to a workout yesterday. : ( I obviously need to build some habit energy around working out on days I also have school. Eating pretty well is saving me so far. I spent time in a dressing room yesterday (jeans), my legs'd look a lot better with some Cathe on them. School is oK, just trying to find a groove where my class time is effective and doesn't feel wasteful. I get along pretty well with everyone despite the differences in age + culture, background and academics. My popularity increased a little bit after our test, too, sorta like the kid who sells band candy, everyone wants what you have.
I can't believe you guys are dealing w/ cold. I'm a shade seeking missile when I park my car. Oops, gotta go run kids bbl maybe w/ workout report
 
Hi girls! Today did KCM plyo. Jody, I imagine you are like a magnet where ever you go! Good job on the test! Lisa, don't send the cold here! It was chilly this morning, 40's. I too refuse to turn on the furnace! Murphy, I should pull MM out again, maybe next week? Ronne, hope your weekend is going well! Roxie, how are you feeling? How's that baby? Also, how are DD's legs? I didn't get to workout GS, DD and SIL came over to watch a football game and then we went to DH's DSs house to help her fix a toilet then went to Walmart to get stuff for potatoe soup for supper. It is cold here to and we did turn on the furnace because GS was coming over. I don't think the insurance ran out the last of September. I will go get it fixed if it really gets to that point that I can't stand it I am still paying for the last crown I got.
