Mary, I've had ambien, it doesn't work for me. Tylenol PM or benadryl works better! I only take those when I HAVE to get some sleep and only at the beginning of the night. If I wake up at 2 or so, I'll take a natural sleep product like Valarian or this other one I can't remember the name of(can look it up if you want). Not sure if it's the natural sleep aids that helps but mosttimes I can get back to sleep (after an hour of reading, a little snack), as long as it's not WORRYING that's keeping me up.
This is actually the coconut oil I bought:
Monoi Tiare Tahiti Ylang Ylang Scented Coconut Oil -- 4 fl oz - Vitacost
I don't know WHY it's in a bottle since it's a solid mass right now, in order to be liquid room temp has to be above 68 (however I think room temp has to be higher than that cuz it's still solid--our house temp is set at 64). Right now I'm sticking my finger down and getting a pea size amount (I don't need much). Come summer, once it is liquidfied I will put in a different container. I've seen a tub at Whole foods (not sure of price there), at the time I didn't think I wanted that and bought jojoba and sweet almond oil, but now that I've tried the coconut, I see why everyone is in love with it!
Went and got a new stereo for the van. Body shop claims they did nothing to it, it will cost an arm and a leg for Honda to do anything with it so we bought a new one....insurance compensated part of the cost. While we were waiting for them to install it, I did a bit of shopping. Got some Aloe socks at Bed, Bath, Beyond. DIL who has a cosmetology license said to use my oil with aloe socks for my dry feet. The cotton socks I've been using are probably absorbing more of the oil than my feet are
Hey, I thought this was a workout checkin! Oh, yea, Roxie, good job on your workout!
