Today I did Core Synergy (BOSU). I don't do may w/os that focus only on the core but this one works the legs as well. It's okay. I enjoy using the BOSU but find this particular w/o just a little boring.
I'll probably have to rest tomorrow because I'm having a
Thirty-One party. I'm just doing it to support my cousin who is just starting out. I've never even been to one of these parties.
Hopefully, I can get a KB w/o in Friday.
Vilma, I agree with Lisa. It's a great set but not absolutely necessary. It does have two w/os on it though. And I think proper form
is very important with KBs. I just think you can master it without those particular dvds. Especially if you're trying to save some money. I know that Newport has TGUs.

Round 9- tactical lunges
Round 10- triple crush
Round 11- slingshop into a figure 8 with a static hold
Round 12- seated press
Round 13- one arm row
Round 14- pullovers, russian twists, sicilian crunch
Round 15- 3 minute snatch test

like TGUs.
