Hi Everyone,
Today was KPC. I did it with the 1lb weighted gloves and it was alot of fun. Just enough resistance. I really got into it-it felt like a brand new workout

Mariangeles -thanks for asking-I do feel MUCH better today. Don't worry about the December thing, I will probably still be writing 2004 down in July!
Judy- My goodness, a bunch of us are doing the January rotation-it's going to be alot of fun.
Carole-let me know what you think of your kickbox DVD. I forgot about the ab marathon - thanks - maybe I'll do that tonight-isn't it KPC, PUB and ME abs?
Laurie Mac-sorry to hear the family wasn't feeling well-Glad to hear everyone is fine now.
Jes- I'm a dental hygienist so I'm glad you didn't say anything too bad about going to your dental appointment

Katie- did you mean to write "On to happier things, I did Leaner Legs this morning followed by cardio from Kickbox" I didn't know that happier and Leaner Legs could be put in the same sentence together

When Cathe gets to the low ends in any workout I keep hoping that just this one time she'll leave them out

but oh no, she NEVER does!
Foodie Sue - I just got my Timesaver DVD yesterday-what do you think of it? Is it intense or is it best for light days?
