A while ago, it's the kind of book that can be applied in pieces. There is some decent info in it, the diet is very simple which is good for some, seems healthy enough, and allows for a cheat day, also good, as it sounds like the food plan part can get a little boring.
A guy friend of mine swears by it, but when guys diet in any way, they drop weight fast.
I will never be into doing just small workouts like he prescribes, although there were some thoughts about doing a little series of exercises within an hour of a big meal, I started doing that, as it can't be bad, but forgot about it until now
