4 day split

I am thinking of purchasing this DVD and was wondering the length of the cardio segments vs the weight training portions. Is it about 30 minutes each per DVD? Thanks for any feedback on this.

Each cardio segment is about 30 minutes long. The weight segments are about 30 minutes long too. This series has some great premixes. The cardio segments are fun too. Once you get the moves down. :)

That's why this is my favorite Cathe series--you can split everything into 30 minute segements. LOVE IT!!!

I love, love, love this series, BUT I think you should know that this is a heavy weight type program. Be prepared to lift heavy and if you are not a big stepper, the cardio step portions are a little more dancy and choreographically challenging for some. Once you learn it, . . it is soooo much fun. I hate hearing how people don't like this series because it truly is one of my favorites. 30 minutes each workout, . . . .no excuses everyone has 30 minutes.

I too split this series up. It works beautifully that way. It's just my preference, but I like to work heavy weights without any cardio; there are premixes that utilize the strength work in what can be used as a 3-day split. There's so many other options as well (cardio only, double cardio, circuits) and the production is fantastic.

4 day split vs body blast timesaver?

Wow -thanks for the feedback. It sounds like exactly what I am looking for. I am going into a very busy time at work. 30 minutes a day might be all I can squeeze in for a while and I want it to be efficient as possible. I especially enjoy complex choreography and heavy weight training. Does anyone know how this series compares to the Body Blast Timesaver DVD?
