4 day split weight

is the weight more like slow and heavy or gym style? You would probably not know since no one has the workout yet, but what do you think it will be? She did say heavy weights somewhere, does that mean like S&H??
 
The weights Cathe uses in this workout top out at a 30# dumbell (and I think 60# barbell?).

I imagine the pace will be somewhere between that of S&H and GS, but closer to GS, since the planned 3-day split is more of a slow-and-heavy workout.
