4 day split equipment?

Is there a list of equipment used in the new 4 day split DVD that's posted somewhere? I've browsed through the blog several times and noticed two screen shots referencing eqipment for that particular portion, but wondered if there was something more comprensive. I'm ordering a high step, but probably need some of the heavy dumbells, too, since the heaviest I have are the 12 lbs. I'm looking forward to getting my pre-order...the workouts look great! :)

Yes, I was hoping to find out which weights are used for which part. Looks like there are dumbells up to 30 lbs. I have freeweights up to 12 pounds each only. I do have plate-type weights for barbell and dumbbell bars, but they are a pain to switch around if you are doing cardio with quick transitions. I was thinking of getting some rubber hex dumbbells, but they are expensive so I only want to get the sizes for the parts of the workout I'll use! :) I went in to the sporting goods store thinking I would get a whole set of the rubber ones to replace my neoprene weights, but ouch! I can find them much cheaper online but the shipping kills the deal!

Yes, that would be great to get some feedback about the workout and its breakdown. I pre-ordered mine, but haven't gotten a UPS notice or anything. I'm mainly wondering if the heavier weights are used during the cardio portions at all. I tend to mix up my workouts with cardio and cardio w/weights, while skipping the plain heavy lifting parts. So I'm wondering if I'll even use the heaviest freeweights? I did find those rubber hex dumbbells at a couple different local stores for almost HALF of what the first sporting goods store was charging. So they are much more reasonable then I thought!

As far as I know, there are no weights used during the cardio, except as 'placeholders' for some of the drills in Boot Camp. The workouts are split into about 30 mn. each cardio and weights, separated.

Do you know if the premixes that mix together cardio and weights utilize any of the heavier weights? I'm guessing I should just wait until I get the DVD and try it out before buying the weights! LOL Would make things easier! But I ordered the high step and was hoping to have all my "gear" in place beforehand! Although I suppose I could use my husband's plate & bar dumbbells that you manually change.
