Almost 3pm eastern ....for many of us this is a time of day where we need a mid day pick up. So go to a wall (or to the floor) and do 30 push ups and then sit on floor and do 30 Ab thrusters (where you lean back on hands and shoot legs in and out). Then go back to wall and do a 30 second wall squat (sit low as if in a chair and lean against the wall). Drink a glass of water and get back to work
