Help, i would love to know what is your plan when it comes to eating.
i am a pair shape to and i been doing a lot of work on my upperbody and i lose 15pound in 3month or so. but still have some fat in my lowerbody that i need to continued to work on but i really dont want to loose any more weight. so i guess i have to increase my calorie like that i could mainting my weight. so if u could suggest me anything regarding food i would really appreciated.

Basically, I eat very simple foods. Fruits, steamed vegetables, chicken, fish, whole grain bread, tortillas, sometimes pasta. When I shop, I look for foods high in something good (like fiber, protein, calcium) and with very few ingredients. My son is very sensitive to some preservatives and high fructose corn syrup so that is an extra incentive for me to buy and serve clean foods. We have a grocery store nearby (Whole Foods Market) that specializes in this type of eating. We are not super rigid about it, but as a general rule, we eat this way.
