3 month transformation rotation

Hi Cathe,

I am going to start the three month transformation rotation after I finish the one month rotation. I can only workout five days a week. I need Wed and Sun off. The three month gives Sun off, but I noticed Wed is a LIS / cardio focus. Could I just do the DVD or some other cardio after my Mon or Tue strength workouts?

Michelle, that's what I'm doing. I only have five days to get it all in, so I double up one day with cardio and weights. I do the weight portion first. I'm almost done with the first month. You're going to love this rotation!

Do u do any straight cardio workout or add in LIS after ur strength workout? I can double up on Mon or Tue, but just don't want to overtrain since some of LIS has both.

I usually do whatever LIS cardio I would have missed later in the week. Since the weights are not heavy or pervasive in LIS I don't worry about overtraining, but if you are worried about that then just go for a run or do a straight step workout. I've done that before, too. I say do any cardio you want on the day you double up. :)
