Hi good morning. Today is IMAX 1 in my rotation.Ruth glad to she I have inspired you. Step Heaven is fun.Dutchie I am sure you will be see changes between the before and after photos.Aila I have done this premix combo one time. I can not wait to see the premix in the gym style dvd and muscle max.Tracy I am a lucky girl because I can spend lot of time in my daily workout.Charlotte beautiful name. Tammy enjoy SB.Wendy I have seen your picture trail. Thank you for sharing the sonograms of your loved baby.It must be extrange feel your baby growing inside of you. The miracle of life. Laurie Mac I am sure you will enjoy KPC.Carole I have lost two days of workouts during this week.Great workout. I hope we will have a new update today about the hardcore shipment. It just seemed like lots of people were doing PUB this AM. I thought perhaps the TV was emitting one of those brainwashing things... "You will do PUB and you will like it..."

I did PUB and CTX triceps and abs from Leaner Legs today, will do cardio later.

I had my appointment with my doctor about my toe, now I have to see my foot doctor again. sigh. I just get my heel feeling better and now I have big toe pain. The good thing is it is not gout. He thinks I have irritated the 2 bones that sit in the tendon (think patella in the knee which is a bone within the tendon of the knee) of the big toe. May have to have cortisone shots in the big toe, now, ouch?!?!:+ :eek: I don't have an appt. yet with the foot doctor.

Once again - it looks like you guys all beat me to the workouts.......I just cannot get myself to do them in the morning :( I even went to bed early to try and get up, but my body does not function at 5:30 in the morning.........I am going to keep trying! Maybe 3 days a week, I will try to workout in the morning.......:p

Tonight is Cardio and Weights for the first time!! and also Bootcamp Abs! Walk with the dog and call it a great night! The weather is finally warming up to a high of 48 today!!!!! :+

Marie: I love that quote!!! I sent it to my husband - ;-)

Wendy: You are an inspiration to me, I hope when I am pregnant, I workout daily as well!!! :)

Good morning,

This morning I did KPC Premix #4, and finished off the PS series with Back, Biceps & Abs. My lower body is really talking to me after PS Legs yesterday. It's a boring workout, but there's no doubt it does the job - very well!!

Wendybdh - I'm hearing you on the exhaustion. Don't you think maternity leave should be given for the first trimester? You're just too exhausted to be any use to anyone.

Annette - glad it's not gout, but the toe shots: OUCH!

Sandy - so you're back at the gym this week? I'll get around to replying to your last email......eventually. I'm not doing very good with keeping up with the personal stuff these days. Just too tired most days. :-(

hey ladies! great workouts as usual!

i thought i was gonna be really sore today, but i'm not! yippee. today for my rotation is BC.

Suzanne : that is a long step class! i would love to try that!

Ruth: is that why you haven't been posting much?! i hope you get it fixed soon. sorry work has been tough. you have a hard job, i applaud you. i couldn't do it.

Prego ladies: it is a bummer you are all so tired! your chatty personalites are missed. :( :)

This morning for me was ME (omiting the ab section) and 25 mins of the StairMaster.

All step was a challenge for certain! I was dumbfounded! lol I will try it again...eventually I will get it, I know this. So far I have found it to be the most difficult step work out to pick up out of what I have done so far....

It's nice to 'see' all of you guys! I knew this was a fit, intelligent group....I didn't realize how beautiful everyone was too!!

Today is my rest day...will be groc shopping and cleaningx( . Will probably throw in some yoga this evening.

Hi all! Well I have had to take yesterday and today off because.... I'M SICK AGAIN!!! I can't believe it. I am a person that almost NEVER gets sick. I am always the one who the entire office and my whole family could be sick and I would come out of it unscathed. Well, on Tuesday I started getting a sore throat and by the time I went to bed I was miserable. I am feeling better today and am hoping to do some Cathe tomorrow morning. This is becoming so frustrating to me I can't even explain it. I was so excited to be working out again last week and now I've had to take another break. Even if I just feel crummy in the morning I'm still going to try and work out, but these past two mornings have been horrible.

I am waiting very impatiently for my SB/SJP DVD. It seems like it is taking forever to get here.x(

Hi all:

Today I did IMAX 1 after an unscheduled rest day yesterday. I couldn't work out in the morning and then worked 12 hours--so just couldn't do it.

Carole: I saw your picture: dang, woman you are ripped!

Reba: Keep trying to make the morning thing work for you. I finally did it this Fall, and now I'm sluggish the whole day if I don't.

Katie: You're sick b/c of your baby! When my first was 0-2 I have never been so sick, so often in my life. I didn't get that way with my second--guess I'd had everything by then!

My two new Intensity series DVDs should be waiting for me at home!
 
Katie i am comming over to visit and i am bringing some homemade soup and LYSOL! this has to stop! you have had a bad time lately! no good sister!!!x( i can relate though. waiting for dvds is hard too!!!

Hi everyone!!

Jeez, lately it seems I keep checking in later and later!! Ok, today I did my own mish-mosh! I did the first 2 combos of SB, followed by the 3 blasts only, followed by all 4 weight segments of SJP, then planks and stretch of SJP. Wooooooo hoooo that was a VERY FUN workout I have to say...I will definitely do that little mish mosh again really soon}( }( :7 !

Sandra, yes I'm back at the gym! Don't worry about responding, lately I've been the same way. I am going to bed a bit earlier but I will try for even earlier tonight. I hope you are feeling more energetic soon, I miss your chatty and very entertaining posts:-(

Jes, how is DH? Has he recuperated fully? Have you??
