3-day-per-week compound weight emphasis

I'd like to see a heavy three-day split focusing on compound moves (one based around squats and lower body work, another based on deadlifts and back work, and the third based on bench presses/push-ups and chest work), each under an hour.

In a similar vein, a series of three, full-body workouts focusing on compound moves, that we could use either 2 or 3 days a week. Each workout could have a slightly different focus.

What I meant to say (and can't change, because the editing period has expired) is each workout could focus on different exercises (ie: lower body for one could focus on squats, lower body for another could focus on full deadlifts, chest for one could focus on push-ups, chest for another could focus on bench press, etc.) so we'd hit the muscles in a variety of ways over the course of a week.

Love your idea....

It's a great idea.

The idea is to die young as late as possible.

3-day-per-week total body ;-)

Great suggestion !

I personally would love to see Cathe do a 3 x a week total body series. The dvd will be a huge hit like the PH,MIS,Bodymax's all in one! Except this (fantasy)one will have leg presses added along with various unique training techniques hitting the muscles from different angles!

Unlike all the calls for Imax 10 and Boot Camp 9, this suggestion is really original and nothing like anything Cathe has done before.

I'd love this and would snap it up.

I'd love to see Cathe do something different, not the same old-same old.
