3 day full body or.....

Hi everyone~! I've been doing a rotation with Cathe's gym styles and cardiofusion/imax2 as cardio. I was wondering what peoples opinions are on 3 day FB workouts...say Musclemax, Muscle endurance, and Muscle Max again...with 2-3 days of cardio...
The other thing I was thinking of was using MM, ME, and PUB and PLB with 2 cardio days...thoughts??
 
Hi, I have got great results in the past from doing 3 days of FB workouts and two days cardio. In fact I was at my leanest when doing a rotation like this. I was eating extremely clean too though at the time :)

i think this would be a great change in your workout program. do it for about 4-6 weeks and then go back to your other split workouts. its a great way to shock your body and switch up your program
