Hiya ladies!
Ahhh, finally sitting down to catch up with my girls! The more I thought about the RT crash the more excited I got about the idea and maybe, just maybe, those of us who crash might be able to get a run in together :7? Just a thought
.
Posh - First of all, how in the heck are you still awake enough to write those hysterically funny novels of yours at 1am
...you're too, too funny! Those ads for the X are always on when I wake up (usually around 4:15-4:30am). I sometimes use them as motivation when I'm finding it hard to get up and get my workout started. Glad you were able to sleep in at least a little.
Cathy - Sooooo, what da ya think about a little "unofficial" RT GTG??? I love your reading all of your posts about Chicago. Your excitement is absolutely infectious! I'm so thrilled that you all are going to get this chance to do something *amazing* together! Wow, EKC sounds tough!!! WTG doing what you did!
Wendy - So sorry you had a less than stellar day today
. No, it doesn't sound awful that sometimes you just can't take DS's behavior...it has to be incredibly frustrating at times. There's no need to apologize for anything, dear! You had a great workout today and now, go to bed and start fresh in the morning. Mmmmkay?
Judy - Gosh, that is a *lot* of travelling...sorry that you had to cancel that trip to Europe. You have a wonderful DS to be so understanding! Nice run yesterday and I hope you got the chance to enjoy a run on this magnificent day we had here today!!! Um, if it's okay with you, I may be able to join you gals for a class on July 6-9...I can't think of a better way to spend my bday.
Lorie - So sorry to hear that you're still suffering. If you're not feeling up to a date with Eion don't push it...I'm sure he'll take a raincheck
. Now, go rest young lady!
Dallas - No doubt your feeling some good DOMS today }(! Great TM run...how do you fit it all in?
Kristi - Wow, do you even have a second to catch a breath...sheesh, what a schedule! So sorry to hear about you funk...I completely understand hon! It sounds like your ready to get back at it though. I'm sure this little hiccup will be behind you soon enough.
Christine - YAY Kimo!!! It sounds like she gave her compliments to the chef :9
! Your pooches are so lucky to have you. Thanks, I am absolutely loving every run I go out on, regardless of how fast or how long, etc. It's just nice to be pain free again! Sounds like your DD got some good advice from her awesome Cheetah mentor
. Congrats to her on her very first run! Too funny about Jimmy "roadkill" during your Spinervals LOL!
Carole - Oh yeah, with weighted gloves KPC certainly would be quite the UB workout! Hmmmm, maybe that's the last "toy" that I may need to buy myself lol. Great workout...I hope you had a good run!
Jackie - Oh, I *heart* 4DS KB and Legs, even those low plane lunges
. Okay, now that's just sadistic }( lol! Great job! I hope you are able to close at the end of month...what a relief!
Shelly - Oh, {{{{HUGS}}}} honey!!! I'm sure your home is beautiful and very well maintained. Obviously, that was not going to be the realtor for you! You'll find a much more professional one who will appreciate your home and do right by you. You don't need those dumb shmucks!!! So, how in the world did I not meet you at the Fri class last year????? I was there and I'm sure I would have met you
. I'm actually quite bummed right now thinking about it. That class was a blast wasn't it?!?!? Wow, you've got a maniacal combo on tap for today }(.
Well that catches me up for now. Tomorrow morning I have a date with my running sneaks and the pavement to watch, what should be, a glorious sunrise and a wonderful start to another beautiful day here in NY. 'Night ladies.
