2x boot camp - a.m. p.m. or

back to back? When Cathe says to do boot camp 2 times, is that an a.m. p.m. split or once and then immediatedly again?

IF I do BC twice...it will be back to back...one time with weights the second time w/out weights or very light weights!

I guess there are two answers.
1. If you only have the time in a.m. then do it back to back in the a.m. if you can survive it}(
2. (And this is the one I'd prefer) Do it at two different times during the day with at least several hours and an protein rich (quality carb rich) meal in between to help your body recover. Also, plenty of fluids in between. This way not only do you get a little time to evaluate how your body reacted to the first BC and see if it's wise to do it again, but you also give your metabolism a swift kick in the pants twice in one day--thus increasing your overall calorie burn.
I've been doing a freestyle rotation for about the last 4 weeks and since the overall workout time has increased so much for me I just had to start breaking it up into at least two workout sessions a day. One in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening. Usually cardio in the a.m. and weights/legs/abs late on. I'm also training one upper body part a day (and I'm a college professor so I have summers off:7 ) so this breakdown works great for me. I've been REALLY happy with increased definition all over. So go for breaking up the workouts and see if it does as well for you.

Sorry Mattea...once I shower and take off my workout clothes...they are not coming back on until the next day. I've been working out to Cathe and making my own mishes and moshes so I should be able to survive...IF I do it twice. I may very well decide that once was a-plenty!!!

Hey Angela,
Whatever works for you lady! I bet you'll be fine, but as Pinky advised in another thread, make sure you have some starchy carbs about an hour beforehand to fuel yourself through that second time. And just be sure to be consistent with your water throughout (at least every 20 minutes, especially if it's hot and humid).

I plan on doing it this way I normally do bc upper body twice anyways it is a amazing arm burner.so I will do it first 2 times then cardio and lower premix -core premix-cardio and lower premix -core premix and finally stretch.
