This seems like a silly question, but I had IMax with some other stuff scheduled for Monday. On Monday I felt somewhat tired (no I'm not overtraining people) so I did the first segment of Kick Max and second segment of Core Max thinking I was going to do whatever I was supposed to do on Monday the next day. On Tuesday I felt extremely tired. One of my coworkers had to leave with flu symptoms and I guess I caught it from her. I only felt tired so I said ok I'll workout on Wenesday. Yesterday I woke up with flu and sinus symptoms: all my muscles hurt, I got a sore throat, I'm dizzy, etc. I went to work anyways and it made things worse so when I was back I was in bed all night. Today I woke up worse than yesterday, but as the day progresses I'm feeling better, the question is should I skip my workout today AGAIN, should I do something lighter (for example the step portion of Low Max), or should I do what I had scheduled for Monday? What would you do?
