Hi good morning everybody. Aaarg I hate the clock alarm. I have come back to my job today. Everything stay the same.In the way home I was anxious looking for Cathe messages or SNM updates but there is nothing. Today is my rest day. I am going to do the april 2003 rotation muscle endurance in January. Have a great day everybody. Annette are you OK ? . I hope so.

Wow, I'm the second one to post! Everyone must be having a late morning. I did IMAX 2 and then abs from SJP. I plan to do more abs tonight!

Sandra - I was going to try IMAX 2 with the 8" step this morning, but when I woke up my legs were really sore from PLB yesterday, so I didn't think trying the 8" was a very good idea. As soon as I got to the straddle hops in Interval 6 I knew that it was a very wise decision. I trip on those enough with the 6" step.:7

Today will be Circuit Max for me....last time I did this one I had to quit 1/2 way through...so today I'm going to keep the intensity down and see if I can complete it!!x(

Alarm clocks???? I sleep right through them! My husband is the only alarm clock that works for me

Today is advanced step and I will probably do KPC abs when I get home from the gym.

Mariangeles, enjoy your day off....you deserve it!! I hate that alarm too! Normally I hit the snooze more times than I care to admit but today I just slept right through it! Thank goodness my mom was still in the house to wake me up}(

Jes, have fun with C&W...I really like that workout, it isn't brutal but still makes you work up a good sweat!

Katie, don't you just love IMAX2? That has to be one of my all time favorite cathe workouts even though at times it can still leave me needing CPR}(

Lisa, good luck with CM....let us know how you make out with it:) !
 
Good Morning,

I am back home from my parents and also back to work. :-(

Very busy today, but hopefully I will be able to leave early. As soon as I finish with all my work the boss says I can go home. I have a great boss. :)

I will be doing PS Legs & Abs plus a 30 min run on the treadmill.

Good morning!

I'm feeling much more lively today, thank goodness. Katie, you and I are on the same wavelength this week. I did IMAX Extreme followed by CW core. I was really feeling y-day's PLB this morning, too, and was very glad to be using the 6" step this morning! I love the straddle taps, and am always delighted that I get to consider that to be an interval blast, because it feels like too much fun. I'll be doing them on the 8" step tomorrow, with HSTA, and it will be whole different ballgame then!

Sandy - your friend looks amazing. I never believed that such people were actually real, live, breathing people. Just some kind of electronic mock-up :) But you appear to actually know her (or you say you do......). Are you pictured with her in her "friends gallery"? Thanks for the mimosa instructions. I'm going to get some non-alcoholic champagne and mix it with oj. We were going to take the kids skating on New Years' morning, on a small pond in our river valley park. However, the temps are going to plunge on NY eve, so we'll be scrapping that idea, and just doing brunch.

Laurie - it's nice to see you pop in for a bit yesterday! I hope you get more time to post in the days to come.

Suzanne - congratulations on all your hard work paying off! You're really cooking with gas! I can't imagine doing all those walking lunges.

Lisa - I'll take a peek at the rotation after I finish here. How'd you do with Circuit Max today?

Haydee - what is the cardio premix of SB, as you posted in your rotation y-day? Is that SB without the Challenge/Blasts?

Annette - I hope you're feeling better!! DH came down with the same thing y-day, but is feeling better today. I slept on the couch last night because there's no way I wanted to pick up that bug! Nasty!

Mariangeles - April 2003 rotation, hey? That one has tempted me a few times. Good luck, and keep us apprised of how it goes!

Tammy - how exciting to get new workouts!! If you can do IMAX 1-5, then you can probably do CTX All-Step. It's a fairly easy workout, IMO, and might be just perfect for how you're feeling these days. Get better soon!

Jes - I can't believe your dog ate your memory chip!!!!

HI, Sandra, Lisa, and Mariangeles, I am doing much better, still no appetite but I did get a workout in this morning. Thanks for asking and Sandra I hope your dh is feeling better soon and I pray that you don't come down with it too.

I did Slow and Heavy Back minus supermans and planks, then did CTX Kickbox and abs from Leaner Legs.:)

I am weak because I haven't eaten alot but I did make it through the workout and my dh did go to work today though he is sore and weak also. The 2 boys that got it also are feeling like themselves today and the middle one that didn't get it still feels great. Beginning to wonder now if it was food poisoning. We went out to eat on Sunday and we all had the rolls except my middle son so we wonder if that was the cause. I guess we will never know!! I am down 3 pounds so that was nice, just not the nice way to do it!!:+ :(

Sandra, good question. I really didn't notice "premix". Let's ask Mariangeles as she put this together for me.

Anyway I have not workout today as I am feeling really beat up today. I usually get out of bed once this alarm goes off at 4:40 a.m. and start working out, but today I turned it off and did not get up until 8:23 a.m. I think my body was crying for sleep.

Hopefully, I will have a report tomorrow.

Oh you crack me up sooooo much!!!! Yes, I can tell you with absolute certainty that I personally know this living breathing fitness goddess, LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :7 :p :p

Ok I'm in one of those pics but I will NEVER tell as I want to really kill her because I think that pic is particularly heinous, obscene and should be censored immediately.......do you get the idea that I don't really care for that picture??

Oh the skating idea seemed so nice, it's a shame the darn weather has to ruin everything right??? Stay warm!

I think I'm going to do that workout that Mariangeles suggested, I believe it's the step from C&W plus intervals 1-5 from IMAX2.....I'll let you know how it goes!!
