And, what, praytell, is bringing you to the Upper Sandusky area? 
I live about 30 mins from Upper but not sure what is in that area. Unfortunately, there aren't many running "trails" per se, that I know of. Maybe google that area. Mansfield may have better places. While you are in Mansfield, you should check out the penitentiary where Shawshank Redemption was filmed. I haven't been there,but here it's pretty cool....and haunted
Hope you find some good running places. I know where I live there are reservoirs that typically have decent gravel surfaces for running around them - but not sure in that particular area.
