First of all happy cristhmas everybody. I hope you have a great night with all your family and friends. I hope Santa will come to your houses with lot of gifts. I don't have Santa here only the reyes magos. I have to wait till the 6 of january. Today for me is the PUB and IMAX Extreme. I think I am not gain weight this night. Feliz día de navidad.

Mariángeles, thanks so much for your good wishes! What is it that happens on the 6 of January? (That's my wedding anniversary...26 years. Yikes!)

No, I really doubt if you'll gain any weight with that workout! Unless it's muscle, of course.;-)

I'm going to do a really early workout of step & then finish my wrapping x( so I can go out tonight with my best friend to celebrate our birthdays. I intend to eat what I want!

Ruth thank you too. In the 6 of January we receive the gifts of the 3 kings of Orient: Gaspar, Melchor y Baltasar. They gave Jesus gold, incense and myrrh in the Jesus's nativity night. Great workout as always Mariangeles.

I don't know yet what workout I am going to do today. I have StepBlast and S&H back on the agenda but I don't know if that's what I want to do.

I got the Navy pants from CoreMax and I love them. I also got the Pink tankini from Imax 3 and the CoreMax top but they are a bit too small so I need to exchange them. I called Sharon and she was so nice about the whole thing.

Today I have so much cooking/baking to do, I have to make a:
Tollhouse cookie pie
Mushroom casserole
The standard green bean casserole
Apple salad
Bread pudding

What are the rest of you making today?

So I suppose I better get off these forums and get moving:) And thanks again to everyone for being showing concern about my friend's BIL-I knew I could count on all of you. Have a wonderful day today, and don't eat too much-like me:)
 
Merry Christmas Eve Everyone!!! My plan is to do IMAX Xtreme today and then head out for groceries. We are having fondue tomorrow so I need fresh veggies. Mariangeles, my mother is French and we too celebrate what we call 'Petit Noel' or 'Little Christmas' on January 6th. I should know this by heart but I think it's the Feast of the Epiphany. You'd think with 10 years of Catholic School I should know all of the feasts, I guess I wasn't paying attention or was away that day;-)

All of you here have given me so many gifts through the year, advise, support, inspiration and friendship to name a few and I thank you all for your generosity, humour and for sharing your day to day. Have a blessed Christmas!! Keep on giving yourself the gift of fitness, it gives back to us a thousand fold!!!

Wendy...sometimes when I have changed my workout from something I have intended to do...I had a great workout, and any workout could help you get those endorphins going!...:)..I LOVE Tollhouse Pie!, it's the only pie I ever eat (not a huge pie fan!!) I made the green bean casserole at Thangsgiving, the vegan way! I always make the mashed potatoes (the garlic way) and my special M&M cookies, much like Chocolate chip except I use the mini baking M&M's and decorate the cookies with the X-mas colored M&M's before I bake them.

I'm doing PH Bun shaper, some abs, some Chest,Back and Biceps work followed by a 7 or 8 mile run.

Good Morning Ladies and Happy Holidays to all!

This morning I am at work x(. We are getting out at 1pm tho so it's not TOO bad.

When I get home this afternoon I will relax a little bit before I have to get ready to go out for the annual Christmas Eve festivities that are part of my hubby's family tradition.

No work out for me today..turns out today is my rest day:). Tomorrow, tho, there will also be no work just because we will be running around all day long and by the time I get home tomorrow night the only thing I will be thinking of is crawling into bed!:)So I guess I will have to wait until Sunday before I can sweat again, lol.

Hi all, I did the Cardio Conditioning premix on KPC then did the shoulders off of All Step and the abs too.

Sandy, I really liked Pure Strength Legs & abs. It seems to go alot slower than leaner legs. She gives a good rest time between sets which I really like because it allowed me to use heavier weights.:)

Today I will be doing Circuit Max. This one is new to me too and it looks like a toughie!!

O.K....so Circuit Max about KILLED me!! Oh my gosh!!

I have to tell that I had to quit 1/2 way through or else die of coronary failure!!

I think I'll be working on this one for a while!!x( x(
 
I am so excited about being home from work today! I don't celebrate Christmas at all and the only gifts I give are tips to the doormen, porters and super in my building, and those are just cash. So I'm home relaxing.

I went to the gym and did about 45 mins. on the treadmill and then came home and did Pure Strength Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I haven't had time for heavy lifting in ages and it feels great!

The gym is closed tomorrow, so maybe I'll do some extra strength training, like PS Back, Biceps and Abs and then half of the leg workout. Sunday I'll go back to the gym and then do the floor work from PS.

Oh, how I love having time to workout! :D
 
Posting after Nancy to prove I am still smarter :p, I am doing Power Circuit, and then the chest from CTX.

Tomorrow I will do Leaner Legs without the abs, and the triceps, biceps and shoulders from CTX.

I had planned on doing Imax today, but when I got up this morning and read that Mariangeles and endorphin junkie were doing IMax extreme, I thought, why not? It was my first time doing it, and all I can say is WOW! I followed up with all step abs.

Merry Christmas Eve, everyone! I brought my laptop in order to do my dvd workouts, and a pleasant bonus is that the hotel is a wireless hotspot, so I can use my email/internet! Gotta love technolgoy these days! We have already downloaded and emailed the pics from today's skiing to the grandparents; so cool!

I did KPC in my room this morning, and the abs from ME using my 8lb dumbell. It was terrific!! KPC is an ideal travel workout. Skiing was a hoot; I got a few runs down the hills, but spent most of the afternoon helping my 4 year old learn how to ski. She did great. The weather is perfect for skiing, and I love being in the mountains. Aaaaahhhh.

Laurie - my brother ended up sitting on the plane at Pearson International for 4 1/2 hours before they could take off!! The actual flight was only 3 1/2 hours. What a long, miserable day of travelling for everyone. I'm sorry you had to cancel your travel plans, but at least you didn't end up on the clogged freeway for hours, hey? Let us know how the fondue goes; yum yum!

Well, best get back to the family. Everyone sure is working hard, even on the day before Christmas. Keep it up, you all! No holiday pounds allowed around here!

Tomorrow's workout will be UnWrapMax, followed by BootCamp, followed by StuffaGutMax.
