Good Evening.
Just got back from meeting up with a friend I haven't seen in a while. It was a short visit but lots of fun to catch up.
So I finally got Disc 12/legs done around 5pm. I upped my weights on about 5 more exercises. I was dying but I loved it! One more (tomorrow!) and DONE with Meso 1! WOOT!
Kiki:: I'm really not superwoman but thank you for thinking so! I do extra cardio on weekends because I HAVE to. My body requires it now unfortunately. I set up my STS weight work outs so that I do 2 out of the 3 of them each week on the weekends because it's the only way I fit cardio in too. During the week it's one or the other bc I am NOT starting work outs any earlier! Good job on the heavy lifting! I can't wait to see what I can handle in Meso 2! The curiousity is killing me!
