I know I'm new to the forum and I might even be a litte "slow"; but, I've seen several mentions of the initials SNM. What does that stand for ???

SNM stands for Step N Motion - the name of Cathe's company.

Step N' Motion, it's the name of the company that runs the website and does Cathes workouts. I'm not sure if she is co-owner though or not.
