2 very good Kickbox DVD's..non-Cathe style

I just recently purchased 2 DVD's from Patricia Moreno...KickBox Yoga Fusion and Core Cross Train Kickbox...I have been looking for KB DVD's that would allow me to focus on my form, while getting a decent workout, and these two workouts accomplish just that, IMHO.

Anyone looking for a gentler on the joints version of KickBox should look into these, you may find they aren't for you, but wouldn't hurt to kick the tires on these.

When I want a no-nonsense, cardio-incinerating party, Cathe's my gal..there are those days when you just need to tone it down some, and these two fit the bill quite nicely.

Thanks for the heads up, Jerry. I'm going to check those out. Where did you buy them from?

Sandra

I bought them from collage video..I don't know if KickBox Yoga Fusion is available from them or not anymore...I had actually bought this one a while back, and forgot I had it!!!! You may have to check her own website out for that one...patriciamoreno.com

Thanks Jerry -- I always loves Kickbox DVDs. I actually have a few Power Strike DVDs with Patricia -- she's really good (she did them with Ilaria). Anyhow -- I will have to check them out! I appreciate the info because I hadn't heard about these!

Jerry,

Have you tried Ilaria's (Patricia and Ilaria collaborated in the past on kick box) new Powerstrike / Bodystrikes? If so, which is better?

If you want a non-Cathe style Kick-box that is also non-Patricia, while still being lower impact and not super-intense, I suggest Kelly Coffey Meyer for her 30 Minute Kickbox. The bonus kickbox style ab routine on it is very good too.
