9 lbs..thats great! Whats your goal? My eating was terrible (sweets) over the last year.If I wasn't exercising everyday, I would have been alot bigger as well.
It is hard to stay on track.You have to be very motivated or obsessed.
I just finished my run.It was a good 55 min.I love doing interval runs.I know it is probably harder on my joints but time flys.I can't go just one pace when I am on my treadmill.
