2 month New Year's Challenge Nov. 15-22

9 lbs..thats great!:) Whats your goal? My eating was terrible (sweets) over the last year.If I wasn't exercising everyday, I would have been alot bigger as well.
It is hard to stay on track.You have to be very motivated or obsessed.
I just finished my run.It was a good 55 min.I love doing interval runs.I know it is probably harder on my joints but time flys.I can't go just one pace when I am on my treadmill.

lorihart and everybody-my goals are to wear a size 8. I am 5'10", currently wearing a size 14. I know that sounds vain for my goal to be about a clothing size, but that is where I think I would be looking and feeling my best. Of course I want more muscle tone, and I want to run a 10k. My most ultimate goal is to keep the weight off for a lifetime.
