2/2 Back in the Game

Ah, Lori, it took me back to my training days and I always loved doing the plan! I took it easy today, paid bills, mailed bills, napped and took my daughter shopping for a class project. It was an unplanned rest day because my shoulders and triceps are sore from yoga and I didn't think I should do PP. I could have done cardio but I didn't feel like it! I'm supposed to do Yoga Saturday but I'll do cardio instead and roll yoga over to Sunday so it will alll balance out!

HI Gals,
Not much to report here today. Yesterday during Bootcamp I left my barbell loaded at 35lbs for barbell rows.The one where Cathe says I know I don't want to do this one with 35lbs.Well,I did and I was wondering today why my back was so sore!:) My bum and shoulders are also feeling alittle sore.
I worked all day today and I just took a hour nap.It was nice but now I feel like a zombie.....BUT this should give me some energy to workout.Plus all of the choc I ate.I actually feel sick.Remember last week when I said "I don't care how much I want a choc"....blah,blah,blah."Im not gonna eat it" balh,blah,blah!How can I be so motivated at times and then other times not? And I don't know what happened to the fat that was melting off of my body before christmas.Every week I was losing..but now the scale as crept up alittle again.Despite all of the working out I have been doing.You would think that a 2hr workout would give you a license to cheat?
BUT I still fit into my jeans.
So,I was going to take tonight off and go for a long run tomorrow but after all of the sweets I have eaten,i don't think I can keep still and not feel guilty.I have to do something.I would like to do a run incorported with aerobics again but I am not sure what video I can do.I will have to check it out.
Anyway,how is everyone else doing? Tomorrow there isn't much on the go.I plan on doing a long run tomorrow.All I really have to do tomorrow is show up at a party tomorrow night at 7:30.So that gives me plenty of time to workout:) I love it when my schedule is wide open.
Must go check out the video selection...I really have to get my circuit max video back.That one would be excellent to do with running intervals!

I'm back!!!!!!!!! Now I feel alot better. I did the circuit part of Body Max and a 70 min run.I never seem to get the ab work in b/c I am way to sweaty.I am soaked by the time I am finished and I just can't lie down and do ab work.Anyway,thats it for me...chat to you later.

Hi, Lori! I love it when one says "bum" for one's behind! I am cleaning today, doing yoga tomorrow! Stayed up way too late last nite! I saw a concert with a bunch of old farts, LOL!

Yeah,I stayed up late last night to.I think it was around 1:30 when I went to bed.
I need to do some cleaning to but DH leaves in the morning so I will wait until he is gone to start in.
I did a 75min run today.I think it was around 7.2 miles.I was getting tired near the end.The last 30 min was interval running.I don't know if I can do this 13 mile run.Boy it seems so long.Do you know that I find running plus Imax 2 easier then a 90 min run? Sounds weird.Actually it sounds crazy.
We are going to a party tonight.It should be fun but we can't be to late b/c DH has to get up early and I have to take him to the airport;( Im such a sooky.Its only 5 days.
Anyway,I hope everyone is enjoying thier weekend.Where is Sara? She isn't arrested for tying up her sister and putting her in the closet is she?;)
