1st timer to Interval Max

Oh My Gosh!! :eek: I'm glad I watched the video one time through before trying her out! I made it through the whole tape but with a lot of huffing, screaming, and sweatin'! There was not a dry spot on my poor clothing! I had fun but those last 2 sprints did me in! I will say however that I am looking forward to pushing myself again in a few days!
I have Karen Voigts Energy Sprints (which is a good workout),but Cathe's sprints are sooooo much tougher! I really appreciate how she takes basic movements and makes them advanced. She's so easy to follow without all that dancy stuff! :)
 
Imax is a masterpiece! I still love it after doing it over 2 years. I hope there will be an Imax II in the near future.
 
Congratulations! I hear ya on the wet clothes thing! Man do I sweat buckets when I do Imax. I am so proud of you for doing the whole tape your first time. Have fun!
 
Funny you say IMax is tougher than KV's Energy Sprint. I think it all depends on which video you've been doing a few times. I've been doing IMax for a few weeks, then did Energy Sprint. It kicked my butt. I found it harder than IMax, but I think it's because my body was somewhat 'used to' IMax, because if a 1st time user were to do both I think IMax is the tougher.
