1rm testing as workout?

What are your opinions? If a person was to do their 1rm testing on a weight day,I think if you were to do a few disc at a time it would be a good workout.

Yes, you can do that....just make sure to take a 3 to 5 minute break between exercises using any of the same muscle groups.
