1RM Question

I'm doing Supreme 90 starting the first of March so plan to start STS in May (sooo excited!) so my question is should I wait until I start STS to test my 1RM?

I just wasn't sure if I tested now if it would still be reliable 3 months from now or if taking the 1RM test is something that needs to be done periodically?

My recommendation would be to do your 1RM tests the week before you start STS. I only did the 4 & 5 star recommended tests and it took me two days to get through them.
