I started doing my 1RM's prior to beginning. I am only halfway through disc 2 exercises. I am also doing until I lose form, however many reps that may be. I sometimes don't pick the right weight that I thought I'd only do 10 reps on.
It seems like it will take all week to get through this? Does that sound right?
