Hi good morning. Today is Step works for me. My neck and trapezius muscle hurs . Today is a cardio day. I hope tomorrow will be able to do my weight training of the November rotation. Have a great day.

Today I did KPC-it's been a while since I did the entire workout but I was sweating like crazy!

Good morning.....well my arms are sore from P90X yesterday! I am doing some stretching today before a 5 mile run..

Laurie...if you didn't see my post last night my fav P90X is the Shoulders and Arms, I ave always liked working shoulders best...:)...

Sandy...my Freddy's are white and hope yours come very soon....:)...Carole
 
Good morning!

This morning I did All-Step cardio and abs, followed by SH Chest & Back. My daughter has now officially dubbed herself my Assistant Coach (she tells me Cathe is my official coach), and kept a close eye on the tv to inform me when it was time to pick up the weights again. She called my workout this morning my "Cathe dot com". I was in the middle of a bench press when she said this, and had so much trouble not dropping the dumbells from laughing. I asked her where she heard that phrase, and she said "Cathe said it one time." Four year olds are funny little creatures.

Mariángeles, I hope it's only the good kind of muscles-worked-hard pain, and not the start of an injury. Get some good shoulder stretches in today, and move that lactic acid out.

Laurie, no I do not play the fiddle LOL! My neighbours are thankful. I do play the piano, but don't have one in my home, so am very rusty. One day....... I chose FiddleFit as a screen name because I feel as fit as a fiddle. What the heck does that really mean, I wonder? I am unaware of any fiddle on earth going to a gym, and have never seen one in Cathe's background gang.

Sandy, LL is harder than LG, no question. When I finish LG, I feel like my legs have had a really nice stretch session; the blood is in them, they're loose, but they aren't fried. LL completely exhausts the legs. LL uses a barbell for almost the entire 33 minute workout, and the large muscles of the quads, glutes and lower back are used the entire time. LG focuses on those large muscle groups primarily for the standing leg work, then focuses on smaller muscle groups when you get to the floor. I think a comparable workout to LL would be to do the Muscle Endurance lower body work two times through, but only do the leg presses one time through. LG is a terrific workout, and it has an important spot in my rotations, but it isn't an adequate substitute for LL, IMO. Get the CTX series whenever it's appropriate for you, but get it eventually. It is a great series, particularly if you only have about an hour a day to workout.

I LOVE the KPC/LG premixes! Another terrific blend I did a while back was a self-created circuit combining Cardio Kicks and Leaner Legs. I'll be doing that one again, for sure!

Good Morning!

I did PP this morning and I almost did not do it. I was in bed feeling lazy, but my daughter asked me to wake her up at 5:40 and once I was up I just started the tv and was on my way. I feel better now. My son told me last night that my grandson is going to be born on 11/29/04 I can't wait.

Unscheduled day off, helped dh load our rented trailer with debris from the demolishion that was done on Veterans Day. Lifted heavy wood and trashcans full of plaster and wood. I will do the workout for today tomorrow in the November rotation which works out kinda nice since I don't have Step Works.

Carole...thanks, I hope I get my shoes soon too! It's been over a month already. I have the cardio step trainer and is perfect for all the stepping, kickboxing and weights I do!! They really are heaven on your feet:7 !!

Sandra....I have to say you really crack me up!! That comment about the leaves yesterday almost made me spit out my drink:p !! Regarding LL...ok now you're scaring me!! Haven't done L&G in a while and the segment I did last night almost made me cry out for mercyx( ...but hey I'm up for a challenge}( ...I think:eek:! Listen if it will help blast the blubber off my thighs then I'm all for more punishment...LOL!! As soon as I can I will definitely get it:D !
I'm going to try to get in a half decent workout tonight as I have a computer person coming over tonight...ughh!

Josie...how exciting!! Will this be your first grandchild??

Everyone...just wanted to let you know that I spoke with Sharon from Active You last night and let me tell you she is an absolute DOLL to deal with!! She was so incredibly helpful and patient as I described what I wanted (don't have the catalog yet) and how I generally like things to fit. I placed my first order with her and I'm so excited!! I ordered the black pants with the v front and slits on the bottom, a black capri bra, purple top like the one Cathe wears in musclemax and the blue top shown in CoreMax I believe. Since I live in NJ also she said I should have my stuff by tomorrow or saturday!!! She told me how she met Cathe and said what an incredibly nice and sweet person she is and just so good to deal with! We chatted for quite a while! I recommend her to everyone:7 :7 !

Congratulations Josie:7 :) !! Oh I have a feeling this little boy is really going to be spoiled....I should know, I'm a first grandchild too:p !! Keep us posted!

I did a mix of cadios for an hour and PS Back & Biceps. I always thought that PS was not so hard at all, but today I picked real heavy weights, and voila -- it works. Take care girls, Mari
 
i had to settle for body fusion today! i hurt my back (idiot!) on tuesday doing PUB.... so did nothing yesterday and had to go easy today.... i'm hoping to be back to a normal workout tomorrow.. but may have to settle for BF one more day... we'll see how i feel.. or rather how my back feels when i wake up in the a.m.!
 
Josie, Had to chime in to tell you congratulations. I know my parents are anxiously awaiting news of a baby on the way. Hopefully, I will have news for them sometime in the near future.

I'll be doing about 30 minutes of Pilates and IMAX 2. It's dreary and raining here in Wisconsin and I am finding it hard to get motivated! Just logging on here and seeing Cathe's pics gets me going! Susan
