This is the same site I found, there is a long list of exclusions on the free shipping, if I read it right, weights are excluded. Both pairs comes to a little under 99, but to see what happened I added 1 more db to the cart, and the shipping is $63, it's about $40 to buy both pairs. If the shipping had been free, I might have bit on this.
