16 wk max. weight loss rotation

I am starting this rotation today. My first week goes like this..

Mon.....Cardio Kicks
Tues.....PS BBA plus a 30 min. walk/run interval program. (A 7 min. walking warm up followed by seven/four min. cycles where you run for 3 min. and walk for one min.).
Wed.....Power Max
Thurs.....Interval Max
Fri.....Off
Sat.....PS SL&A
Sun.....PS CST plus the cardio portion of Xpress Step & Interval

I would love to have anyone join me and talk about their agony also. It always makes it easier to have someone to talk to.

My question is, has anyone out there ever done this rotation (it is at www.fitnessvideofanatics.com) and if so, what kind of results did you get with it?

I started this rotation 3 wks. ago. I hurt my back (not while working out) and lost a wk. taking it easy. It helped, my back feels much better so I wouldn't mind starting again.

My biggest struggle always is eating cleanly. I'm a fan of the crap, alas.

I'd be happy to start today with you and check in to "vent" and have and get support when we need it. Anyone else game?

Welcome aboard. I am finishing up the first week. I love Pure strength, I had never done any of them before. I am sad the second week is taking me back to MIS. I just came off a rotation of this one.

I switched Fri and Sat. of this week as I am unable to exercise today. I did PS SL&A yesterday. Wow! I did it, and am a little sore. I figured I wouldn't be able to walk, but I guess all that Power Hour and MIS prepared me somewhat. I will be doing PS CST tomorrow along with CTX step & interval cardio portion. I haven't done PS CST yet either. I love new workouts.

I too am waiting for my new DVD's to come. Won't we all have a lot to talk about when we get those.

Will you be starting back Monday? What is that week like, I would have to go back and look.

Actually, today is my final day of wk. 2 (the way I've been tweaking the rotation w/ a sore back) so it's circuit max today. Sunday I start the cross train express wk. having just done MIS twice this wk. I know what you mean.
